We offer an array of powder coating options that include residential, commercial and industrial applications. No matter what project, we can guide you through the process and determine the right coating to fit your needs. Depending on the final application we can provide additional pretreatment or protective primers that will ensure longevity and durability even in the harshest conditions.
Sand blasting is an important step in preparing parts for powder coating. Included in our powder coated process we sand blast each item to prepare the surface for proper coating adhesion. For those not interested in powder coating we also offer sand blasting as a stand-alone service.
PLASCOATING
In addition to our basic powder coating process, we can also provide a thermoplastic coating that is designed for superior resistance to corrosion and protection from water, salt and the sun. This coating is most commonly found on street furniture, children’s playgrounds, and can even be used for agricultural equipment.
